Nest Global was founded by Justin Mackee, a British-Japanese national with over a decade of experience in risk management with extensive in-country experience across Greater China, Japan, Korea, India and Mongolia.

Justin Mackee is a British-Japanese national with more than ten years experience in the risk management sector. Based in Japan, Justin has previously worked for major consulting firms in London, Shanghai and Delhi, with experience leading wide-ranging investigations in China, Taiwan, Korea, Mongolia, India and Japan.
Justin has led over 600 investigations across Asia Pacific, supporting clients in financial services, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, extractives and real-estate, amongst others. Justin has helped multi-national clients design and deliver global compliance training programmes from concept to completion. Justin has personally delivered compliance advisory work in over 20 countries around the world.
Justin works with a core team of seasoned risk management professionals based in Shanghai, Singapore, Dubai, New York, and London.
